MILIT Pune DSTSC Course Officers Explore Air Force Station & HAL Nashik in Industrial Tour

Officers enrolled in the DSTSC course at MILIT Pune undertook an Industrial Demonstration Tour, visiting the Air Force Station and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) in Nashik. This excursion offered a deep dive into the manufacturing and overhaul processes associated with the Indian Air Force’s (IAF) fighter fleet, which includes SU-30 MKI and MiG 29 aircraft.

During the visit, participants received firsthand insights into the intricate processes involved in the manufacturing and overhaul of these sophisticated fighter aircraft. Exploring the facilities at both the Air Force Station and HAL Nashik allowed the DSTSC course officers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the complexities and technicalities associated with maintaining and enhancing the IAF’s fighter fleet.
