Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh have made remarkable strides in providing housing for the marginalized. In Rajasthan, a staggering 2.89 lakh houses have been sanctioned, with 2.55 lakh already grounded. Impressively, 1.76 lakh dwellings have been completed and handed over to beneficiaries, showcasing substantial progress.
Chhattisgarh, on the other hand, has seen commendable advancements with over 3.02 lakh houses sanctioned and 2.82 lakh grounded. What’s particularly noteworthy is that 2.05 lakh homes have been successfully completed and delivered to deserving individuals in the state.
